The only good experience we had here over the years was Claudia our social worker. She went above and beyond for us and I miss her. Everything else was a disaster which we did not need during our time of crisis. The office staff always had some issue. If I tried to cancel an appt, they would often forget and Claudia had to do it for us. They even marked us as a no show before even though I got verbal confirmation. They also randomly selected dates that worked best for them for our appts until I told them that just didn’t work. The final straw was them cancelling on us several times and we actually showed up to the office for them to say oops we forgot to reach out to you, the provider isn’t here and we’ve selected a date for you two weeks from now. I’m sorry? My child needed to be seen asap, we traveled all the way to the office and the random date TWO WEEKS out didn’t work for us. Also, we were told by our other provider there they didn’t believe in genesight. Guess what? Our child’s new psych ordered it right away and it turns out that all the medications that he had taken for years with this practice were in the red zone meaning his body couldn’t process them properly! Shosanna is an angel. I wasn't able to follow through with this center due to insurance but my conversation with Shoshanna changed my life. What a pure soul she is. Just off my first conversation with her, I would recommend anyone to at least TRY and seek services here. They really care about people.

Reading some of the comments left by others saddens me because WJCS has been life changing for me and my family in a positive way. Anyone who has bad things to say must be purely circumstantial. In appearance WJCS can be easily misunderstood but I encourage all to work with them, not against.

I have been calling this place since January to make an appointment.Ms Martinez called me back 1 time only and I was in the shower so as soon as I got out I called back,left several messages and never heard from her.I called and asked the front desk if it s any way to make an appt and she said only with Ms Martinez and I left again another VM and she never return my call.This was by far, the most unprofessional place I ever called in the US, I guess it shows how much they care because a good impression starts with the people that greet you first and unfortunately they need to train more their people, very iresponsible and cold so I do not recommend!
